For over 7 minutes Lolita, dolphins, sea lions, manatees, sharks, and birds were subjected to this outrageous display of fireworks in addition to the loud techno music which was playing at the Miami SeaQuarium. Arthur Hertz doesn’t care about the animals, he cares about himself!
